Agreement to Terms

By hiring Steam365 Houston for carpet and tile cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Steam365 Houston provides professional cleaning services including:

• Carpet cleaning using advanced steam cleaning technology
• Tile and grout cleaning and restoration
• Surface protection and maintenance services
• Related cleaning and restoration services as agreed upon

Scheduling and Access

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information and service address
• Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
• Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Remove personal items and furniture as discussed prior to service

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing starts at $150 and varies based on:

• Square footage of area to be cleaned
• Type of cleaning service requested
• Condition of surfaces and level of soiling
• Additional services or treatments requested

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work and guarantee your satisfaction with our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion to discuss a resolution.

Limitations of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Steam365 Houston's liability is limited to:

• The cost of the cleaning service provided
• Direct damages caused by our negligence during service

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by conditions beyond our control. We recommend testing in an inconspicuous area before full service when possible.

Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about surfaces to be cleaned
• Disclose any known issues or previous treatments
• Secure valuables and fragile items before our arrival
• Provide adequate lighting and electrical access
• Follow any post-cleaning care instructions provided

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

Insurance and Bonding

Steam365 Houston maintains appropriate liability insurance and bonding for the protection of our customers and their property. Certificate of insurance available upon request.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Harris County, Texas.
